Data we collect and why
- Contact and quote requests: your name, e-mail address, phone number, company and message. We use them only to answer your request and send you a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering into a contract, and our legitimate interest.
- Clients: the data needed to deliver our services and to invoice them. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legal obligations.
- Spam protection: our forms use Google reCAPTCHA, which analyses some technical data (IP address, browsing behaviour) to tell humans from bots.
- WhatsApp: if you contact us through the WhatsApp button, your conversation is subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
Who receives your data
Your data is used by the Karedess team only. It is never sold or rented. Some technical providers process it on our behalf, strictly for their service: our hosting provider OVH SAS (2 rue Kellermann, 59100 Roubaix, France) and Google for reCAPTCHA. Some providers may transfer data outside the European Union under the safeguards provided by the GDPR.
How long we keep your data
- Contact requests and prospects: 3 years after our last exchange.
- Client data: for the duration of our business relationship, then for the periods required by law for accounting records.
